Lying in my bedroom many years ago
Though it seems like it was only yesterday
With a delicate melody of tinkling bells
Accompanied by sparkling stardust glitter
That shaped into a form of a man
There stood the most beautiful angel;
Dumbstruck without a spoken word
Nearing my bedside he looked at me;
With hair as white as pure snow
A beautiful face with a healthy glow
And eyes as blue as the sky in heaven;
With a smile on his face that expressed
A love from God, comfort and peace;
Reaching to touch his face
But he disappeared;
Laying there wondering
Why had I seen this angel
And hoping I will see him again someday
To answer all these mindful questions;
Oh! what a heavenly feeling
To witness an Angel.
